Project Overview: Lyra Health is the leading provider of Workforce Mental Health benefits for more than 15 million people globally.  Construction has the second-highest suicide rate of all industries, and mental health can be particularly challenging for a male-dominant workforce. After 100 years, JE Dunn is transforming the way their company thinks about mental health and shifting its culture to be more open about this critical issue.

For this project, we traveled to Kansas City, MO, to film with key leadership at JE Dunn and four employees who have been utilizing their Lyra membership to support their mental health.
